As the owner of The Perch, I am passionate about enhancing client well-being through my work as a Certified Massage Therapist, Occupational Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. I draw from my extensive knowledge of the human body to craft personalized wellness experiences that foster relaxation and vitality. I am dedicated to building a supportive community that empowers individuals to reach their wellness goals and help them live their best lives. Join me in my monthly Nervous System Reset class, Stretching Intensive, Sound Healing, and Meditation meetups.

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher from San Diego, California. I specialize in Hatha, Restorative, and Chair Yoga. I believe that with a consistent yoga practice, healthy habits and wellbeing can be achieved. A class with me will have a specific intention or theme in mind and are structured at a pace all can follow. My goal is to not only help individuals get their bodies moving, but to relieve stress, anxiety, and/or chronic pain. Please read the descriptions for each of the classes as they include pertinent information about what to expect. I strive to promote an inclusive and accessible environment where all individuals can build and maintain a strong yoga practice.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I specialize in breath-centered vinyasa classes that foster focus, stress relief, and physical well-being. My sessions cater to all levels, promoting mindful movement, posture awareness, and relaxation. I aim to enhance energy levels, alleviate tension, and contribute to overall wellness through my teachings. Each class is designed to create a supportive environment where participants can thrive. My commitment is to guide individuals on their journey toward greater health and vitality.
