As the owner of The Perch, I am passionate about enhancing client well-being through my work as a Certified Massage Therapist, Occupational Exercise Specialist and Group Fitness Instructor. I draw from my extensive knowledge of the human body to craft personalized wellness experiences that foster relaxation and vitality. I am dedicated to building a supportive community that empowers individuals to reach their wellness goals and help them live their best lives. Join me in my monthly Nervous System Reset class, Stretching Intensive, Sound Healing, and Meditation meetups.

As a Registered Yoga Teacher, I specialize in breath-centered Vinyasa classes that foster focus, stress relief, and physical well-being. My sessions cater to all levels, promoting mindful movement, posture awareness, and relaxation. I aim to enhance energy levels, alleviate tension, and contribute to overall wellness through my teachings. Each class is designed to create a supportive environment where participants can thrive. My commitment is to guide individuals on their journey toward greater health and vitality.

I’m a 300 CYT who specializes in beginner friendly Yin yoga classes. I love helping students build confidence in their practice, especially those who don’t consider themselves naturally flexible or feel hesitant about stepping into a group class. My teaching focuses on integrating yoga props to support safe alignment, reduce discomfort, and make poses more accessible. I’m passionate about teaching how increasing flexibility can ease aches and pains, improve posture, and help you feel more confident both on and off the mat.

With almost two decades of diversified yoga practice and cultivating skills, yoga has been proven as a life changing tool. Certified 200RYT, YIN, Body Sculpt, and continued education in 500YTT master course. My Vinyasa and Hatha inspired classes help to reduce stress while reconnecting mind and body and exploring new postures and flows. In my class every breath counts, and every pose is a step toward a more balanced joyful you. Whether you’re brand new on the mat or looking to refine the basics, my classes are a perfect starting point. You’ll leave class with a sense of accomplishment, boost of energy, and lingering anticipation until next time.
