Class or Meeting Sublease

Sublet the studio by the hour for ongoing weekly group classes or meetings. The space is ideal for Yoga, Cardio Fitness Classes, Meditation Groups, Sound Baths, Weekly Meeting or Rehearsal, etc.

Yoga mats, bolster cushions, blankets, blocks, and straps available for class use and included in studio rental fee. Studio has WiFi access and is equipped with Bluetooth PA speaker, and medical grade UV air purifier.

Studio movement space is 350 sq ft and can accommodate the following group sizes approximately:

Yoga: 10-12

Fitness Class: 10-15

Class/Meeting: 20 seated

Rates

1 class per week - $140 per month

2 classes per week - $260 per month

3 classes per week - $360 per month 4 classes per week - $400 per month

Liability Insurance and signed contract with 6 month commitment required.

Hourly, Day or Weekend Rental

Rent the studio by the hour or day for a Weekend Workshop, Yoga Teacher Training, Fitness Class, Spiritual Gathering, Meeting, Rehearsal, Wellness Event, Sound Bath, Sacred Ceremony, etc.

Yoga mats, bolster cushions, blankets, blocks, and straps are available for use and included in studio rental. Chairs and Tables available for additional fee. Studio has WiFi access and is equipped with Bluetooth PA speaker, and medical grade UV air purifier.

Rates

Hourly $45

Half Day rental (4 hours) - $160

Full Day rental (8 hours) - $280

Weekend rental (16 hours) - $480
