Vinyasa Flow with Betty
Mon & Wed at 6 am

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic yoga class that synchronizes breath with movement, fostering flexibility and strength through a fluid sequence of postures. Designed for all levels, this practice encourages mindfulness, relaxation, and a deep connection between body and mind.

Restorative with Manisha
Sunday at 10 am

Restorative Yoga class is deeply relaxing and gentle. Focusing on rest, stillness, and healing. The emphasis is on being rather than doing, making it a perfect antidote to the stress and busyness of daily life. It invites you to slow down, surrender, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Each class will have a different sequence of movement and intention.

Yin Yoga with Betty
Tues & Thurs at 6 pm

Yin Yoga focuses on holding seated poses for 3-5 minutes, allowing gravity to assist in releasing tension and opening the body. This practice aims to target the connective tissues, encouraging a personal exploration of each pose that prioritizes individual comfort and relaxation, making it suitable for all levels.

Nervous System Reset
with Reanna 

Sunday (Once a Month) 
at 2 pm

This 90 minute Nervous System Reset class offers a transformative experience aimed at shifting participants from merely surviving to thriving, by promoting holistic well-being. Through a variety of mindful practices and self healing techniques such as energetic and somatic exercises, breathwork, yoga, guided meditations, and sound healing, attendees will experience effective practices for reducing stress/anxiety and calming the nervous system. This class emphasizes the importance of alleviating the body's "fight-or-flight" response, ultimately guiding participants toward a serene "rest-and-digest" state that fosters lasting tranquility and enhances overall health.

Hatha Flow with Manisha
Saturday at 9 am

In Hatha Flow classes movements will be slower and more intentional, allowing time to connect with the breath and deepen into each posture. This class is a great choice for both beginners and experienced practitioners seeking a more grounded, meditative approach. Each class will have a different sequence of movement and intention.
