Vinyasa Flow with Betty

Kat's Yin Yoga class is deeply relaxing and gentle. Focusing on rest, stillness, and healing. The emphasis is on being rather than doing, making it a perfect antidote to the stress and busyness of daily life. It invites you to slow down, surrender, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Each class will have a different sequence of movement and intention.

Yin Yoga with Betty

Find your calm in this meditative Yin Yoga session with Betty. While most yoga styles focus on muscles, this practice targets the deeper "Yin" tissues—the fascia, ligaments, and tendons—that often hold physical and emotional stress. Through extended holds of 3–5 minutes, you will encourage a slow, therapeutic release that improves mobility and joint hydration. This all-levels practice emphasizes individual exploration and comfort, making it the perfect restorative reset to release tension and settle into deep relaxation.

Nervous System Reset
with Reanna

This 90 minute Nervous System Reset class offers a transformative experience aimed at shifting participants from merely surviving to thriving, by promoting holistic well-being. Through a variety of mindful practices and self healing techniques such as energetic and somatic exercises, breathwork, yoga, guided meditations, and sound healing, attendees will experience effective practices for reducing stress/anxiety and calming the nervous system. This class emphasizes the importance of alleviating the body's "fight-or-flight" response, ultimately guiding participants toward a serene "rest-and-digest" state that fosters lasting tranquility and enhances overall health.
